This little Bodega has very nice people. Friendly from the door and always have a smile. I went the other day to get a sandwich and it was pretty good. Thought it may be a joke but went back today and got a cheese steak sandwich and was very surprised. The bread is always fresh and the lady who cooked it did not rush but knew what she was doing. So gotta say this store has a mix of Spanish and American food and other stuff highly recommend for a quick stop or snack
I enjoyed the coffee when it's freshly made they also have a small little kitchen inside that makes certain foods I enjoy the hot meals that they do make and you could also get sandwiches it looks like it's like a little deli I enjoy it if you're in the area try them out you may like it
Having been a customer of Gene's for nearly 15 yrs, I've found the people to be very nice, courteous & helpful. They have a lot of items, making it easy for us to find what we need near home & in the last minute. They serve an assortment of tasty breakfast sandwiches & meals, as well as, various lunches, which include hot dogs (very hard to find in many places). Overall, this is a very nice local convenience store with people that make you feel welcome. They really care about their customers. One final note..the hours are great for those who have longer working schedules..very convenient. They have given their place a facelift and it looks so much better than before. They need to post a new picture because this one's way too old. :)

Tacos are gained a customer today! Not just a “corner store”…. They have authentic south american products inside, drinks, taco shells, dried chilis etc etc i got some mexican sweet bread and colombian white cheese(PAUSE) lol… def coming back tmrw to try the tamales!!!
